Klakpad Resella is a web application designed to empower Klakpad marketing agents by streamlining the customer onboarding and subscription management process. It provides a single, consolidated environment where agents can track all their onboarded customers, purchase KPT tokens (the platform’s subscription currency), handle payments on behalf of customers, and assist with renewals or add-on purchases. By automating these workflows, the platform not only simplifies payment and subscription management for customers but also rewards agents with a percentage cut for each successful onboarding, creating an efficient and incentivized ecosystem.
As part of the Klakpad Resella team, I was responsible for developing the agent-facing user interfaces. My work included building UI screens for agent registration, such as signup and signin forms, onboarding emails, password recovery, and account creation flows. I also integrated these interfaces with the backend system, ensuring smooth data flow and a seamless onboarding experience for agents.
Klakpad Resella was built using Next.js for the frontend and Node.js for the backend, providing a modern, responsive, and scalable web application. The frontend leveraged React along with Tailwind CSS for styling, Radix UI components for accessibility and interactivity, React Hook Form for form management, and React Query for efficient data fetching. Payment integration was handled using React Paystack. The development followed an Agile workflow, enabling iterative improvements, regular feedback, and continuous delivery. This stack allowed seamless integration between the UI and backend, ensuring smooth agent onboarding and reliable transaction handling.
Klakpad Resella significantly improved the efficiency of Klakpad marketing agents by streamlining customer onboarding and simplifying payment management. Agents experienced a 30% increase in overall productivity, while onboarding new customers became faster and more intuitive. The platform also reduced payment errors and provided a clear tracking system for token purchases and subscriptions, making it easier for agents to manage their workflow. Stakeholders expressed satisfaction with the platform’s usability and the measurable impact on agent performance, highlighting its value in creating a more organized and incentivized ecosystem.
